1. The service

SayPep (“we”) is provided by SayPep, a DBA of TALON IND, LLC. SayPep is desktop software that converts your speech to text on your device. By downloading or using it you agree to these Terms.

2. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 2,000 words per week. Pro is $9/month or $79/year plus applicable taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to billing.

3. Automatic renewal

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online in one click from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Pro until then.

5. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SayPep on your own devices within your plan’s device limits. Don’t resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), share accounts, or use SayPep to break the law or anyone’s rights. You own what you dictate.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

SayPep is provided “as is” and “as available”. Speech recognition can make mistakes: always check text before you send or rely on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and applicable US federal law. Courts in Clark County, Washington have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we’ll post it here with a new date and, for paying customers, give notice by email before it applies to your next renewal.
