Business Gift Terms

These terms add to the Gift Pro Terms and Terms of Service when you buy gifts as a business.
1. Your relationship with recipients
You may only send gifts to people you have an existing business relationship with or who have agreed to hear from you. You confirm this for every order. Don’t upload purchased, rented or scraped lists.
2. One email per gift
We send each recipient exactly one gift email per gift. We don’t send reminders or follow-ups, and we don’t add recipients to any list. You may not use gifts to send other marketing.
3. Commercial email requirements
Branded gift emails count as commercial messages. Each one identifies your business, includes the valid physical postal address you give us, and has a working unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes at once and permanently for business gift email. Gifts already bought for that person still work, and you can share the code with them yourself.
4. Content rules for your card
Your business name, logo, message, website and phone must be accurate and yours to use. No misleading, deceptive, illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing or infringing content, no claims that SayPep endorses you, and no links to malware or phishing. We may hide your branding or cancel gifts that break these rules. Gifts already redeemed stay redeemed.
5. Logos
PNG, JPG or WebP up to 200 KB. You grant us a license to display your logo and card in gift emails and on redeem pages for your gifts.
6. Pricing and volume discounts
Volume discounts: 10+ gifts 10% off; 25+ gifts 15% off; 50+ gifts 20% off; 100+ gifts 25% off. Prices may change for future orders. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and issues your invoice.
7. Thank-you reward
Only 1-year gifts earn the buyer 3 months of Pro, per gift redeemed by someone else, up to 12 months in any 12 months. The cap applies to bulk orders too.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Unredeemed gifts may be refunded within [X] days [lawyer to confirm]. A refund or chargeback cancels the order’s codes and removes Pro time they gave.
9. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your card content and for having the right to contact your recipients. You agree to indemnify SayPep, a DBA of TALON IND, LLC for claims arising from them [lawyer to confirm].
