Cancel anytime. Sign in at your account and click “Cancel subscription”. It takes one click. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with Pro, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly), or within 14 days of a yearly renewal. Email support@saypep.com or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, and Pro ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days we don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires it. Monthly renewals aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime so you’re never charged again.

EU/UK customers: your statutory 14-day withdrawal right is covered by the guarantee above.
