1. How it works

Signed-in SayPep users get a personal referral link in their account. If someone opens your link, creates a SayPep account within 60 days, subscribes to Pro, and their first payment is completed, you both receive 3 months of SayPep Pro at no charge.

2. How the reward is given

If you have an active paid subscription, your next billing date is moved later by 3 months, so you aren’t charged for that time. Otherwise, you get 3 months of complimentary Pro on your account. Rewards have no cash value, can’t be transferred, exchanged, or refunded, and are not paid out on cancellation.

3. Limits

You can earn up to 12 months of free Pro from referrals in any 12-month period. Your friend still gets their reward after you reach the limit. Each person can be referred once, and only new customers qualify.

4. No self-referrals or abuse

You can’t refer yourself, including through another email address, a shared payment method, or the same device. We may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards for self-referrals, fake accounts, or other abuse, and may close accounts involved.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

If the qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, both rewards are reversed.

6. Sharing responsibly

Only share your link with people you know who may be interested. No spam: don’t send unsolicited bulk messages, post your link in places that don’t allow it, or buy ads using our name. SayPep never messages your contacts for you.

Disclose that it’s a referral. When you share your link publicly (for example on social media, a blog, or video), clearly say that you get a reward if people sign up through it, e.g. “#ad” or “I get free months if you subscribe with my link,” as required by the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and similar laws. Don’t make claims about SayPep that aren’t true.

7. Changes and ending the program

We may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will be honored unless they were earned through a violation of these terms.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

9. General

These terms are part of the Terms of Service. Program run by SayPep, a DBA of TALON IND, LLC.
